Feburary 2009The new year starts with the end of the tour – we're enjoying the last concerts of our "OutOfPlace" tour, before were going to switch over to the next creative and productive phase. There are some new impressions under PHOTOS & VIDEOS, enjoy yourselves and see you soon!

MILLA on iPOD FLYER!
Some time ago Milla performed an "unplugged" set at a nice little live event called "Live-Tunes" that regularly takes place at GRAVIS stores.
Now she's been chosen as the "covergirl" for the current winter issue
of the iPod flyer, in which some more
pictures of "Live-Tunes" concerts are shown.
MILLA AT JAZZBALTICA
Together with the singer and songwriter Asa from Nigeria, I`m going to be representing the "European-African-Songnight" at the world-renowned festival on July the 4th.Joe Lovano will be this year’s "artist in residence". Because the saxophone is the featured instrument, there will be many other noted saxophone players performing, e.g. Wayne Shorter, Ornette Coleman and Stefano Di Battista. For more than 15 years the festival has taken place in a small and cozy spot in northern Germany, and coincidentally very close to the village where I grew up. It always was weird and hilarious imagining myself, riding on a bicycle through the woods and fields, suddenly seeing Herbie Hancock or Dianne Reeves coming in my direction ... I'm very honoured to be part of this special event this year and I'm looking forward to it!!!

Actually, I wanted to take the opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year, but as often in life, things can take longer than you might think ... Nevertheless, I'm so happy to welcome you to this website, now. Enjoy yourselves listening and watching!We already played at some concerts after the cd-release, last fall. Some visual and acoustic impressions of those events and our newest concerts and dates, can be found at this very website! I'm looking forward to everything!
